OPEN HOUSE, an exclusive and televised breakfast session with Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, was hosted by OPEN Magazine a day after he presented the Union Budget for 2017-2018. Fountainhead MKTG, the experiential marketing agency from Dentsu Aegis Network, executed and managed this event, that took place on February 2 February at The Leela Palace Hotel, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.
Moderated by Sanjiv Goenka, Chairman, RP-Sanjiv Goenka Group, the parent company of OPEN magazine, the event was an interactive session addressed by Jaitley to an exclusive audience comprising of the Moguls of Indian Commerce Industry— Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) President Naushad Forbes, CII Director General Chandrajit Banerjee, Modi Enterprises President KK Modi, India Today Group Chairman Aroon Purie, Hero Corporate Services Chairman Sunil Munjal, DCM Shriram Chairman Ajay Shriram, Ambuja Neotia Group Chairman Harsh Neotia, Ernst & Young Chairman & Regional Managing Partner Rajiv Memani, Apollo Hospitals Executive Vice Chairperson Shobana Kamineni, Havells Chairman and MD Anil Rai Gupta, Inox Gujarat Fluorochemicals MD Vivek Jain, RPSG Group Sector Head of Retail Shashwat Goenka, and Micromax Co-Founder Rahul Sharma, among others.

The objective of the event was to provide the perfect platform to have a free-wheeling chat, up close and personal with industry leaders from across the nation, and for the grand inaugural session with Arun Jaitley, dissecting the financial decisions made in the Union Budget 2017-18.
The brief mandate for FH MKTG was to ensure a conservative yet contemporary design language, a flawless production and a hassle-free execution, for this televised event. Aiming to create a holistic platform, the event was fashioned informally with unconventional seating that seated the host, the Guest of Honor and the attendees on the same pedestal.
