The wait is over. Winners of the inaugural edition of DIGIXX Awards have been unveiled at a glittering ceremony in Gurugam today evening. In all, 81 Awards were given away across categories, which included 34 Gold, 20 Silver and 19 Bronze metals as well as 8 Special Awards. DIGIXX Awards is brought by Adgully in association with ad:tech.
In Special Awards, Omnicom Media Group has been adjudged Display Agency of the Year, while Performics.Resultrix is Performance Agency of the Year. Star Plus has bagged Brand of the Year award. Laltendu Panda, Head of Marketing, Reliance Retail Value Format, has been declared Marketer of the Year. Utopeia Communicationz walked away with the Most Promising Digital Agency of the Year award.
DIGIXX Awards 2017 has been divided into three broad categories:
The Industry Sector Awards saw 17 Gold metals being awarded, with Samsung India, Raymond, Bharti Airtel, Star Sports (the campaign was conceptualised by Sportz Interactive), Voot, C1X among the winners.
The Discipline Awards for Campaigns featured 17 Gold winners, 20 Silver winners and 19 Bronze winners. Among the winners were Performics.Resultrix, AirAsia (India), Star Plus, Happy Mcgarrybowen, Vizeum Isobar, Radio Mirchi, etc.
The DIGIXX Awards are designed to recognise and celebrate excellence in Digital Marketing & Advertising. The Awards seek to set industry-wide benchmark in digital engagement. DIGIXX Awards will be a true marker for digital initiatives that are innovative, creative and effective.
DIGIXX Awards 2017 were judged by an independent panel of highly acclaimed thought leaders in the advertising ecosystem – advertising agency executives who create campaigns for the world’s most powerful brands, marketers with direct control over many of the largest advertising budgets and major media company leaders.
