In the finalists form ten categories announced today, McCann Worldgroup India had maximum entries from India with 16 finalists followed by BBDO India with five and Taproot Dentsu with four
The finalists for Design Lotus, Effective Lotus, Film Craft Lotus, Film Lotus, Interactive Lotus, Media Lotus, Mobile Lotus, New Director Lotus, Outdoor Lotus, Press Lotus, Print Craft Lotus and Radio Lotus at Adfest 2017 have been announced.
Thirty five Indian entries made it as finalists. McCann Worldgroup India had maximum finalists with 16 finalists. BBDO India followed with five finalists and Taproot Dentsu with four.
McCann Worldgroup India’s ‘The Dancing Letters’ for Mahatashtra Dyslexia Association was the only Indian finalist in this category.
BBDO India’s ‘Share the Load’ for Ariel Matic was the only Indian finalist in this category.
Film Craft Lotus:
This category has Indian eight finalists. They are: BBDO’s Dads #ShareTheLoad for Ariel Matic had two finalists, Grey Worldwide India’s ‘The case video must go on’ for Indian Confederation of NGOs, JWT India’s ‘Mr Lamba Naam’ for Cello Pens, Taproot Dentsu’s ‘Adidas Odds’ and ‘Adidas Tale of Two’ for Adidas,and two finalists for Samsung Cares by Cheil India.
Indian has six finalists in this category. They are: Taproot Dentsu’s ‘Adidas Odds’ and ‘Adidas Tale of Two’ for Adidas, BBDO’s Dads #ShareTheLoad for Ariel Matic, two finalists for Samsung Service Van for Samsung by Cheil India, and McCann WorldGroup India’s Magician campaign for PND MetLife Insurance

They are: Cheil India’s campaign ‘Spread the Joy’ for Samsung, McCann Worldgroup India’s campaign for Dettol’s ‘Dettol germbursters’ had two finalists, DentsuWebchutney’s ‘The Dyslexic captcha’ for Jaslok hospital got two finalists, and Leo Burnett’s ‘Reuniting memories from 1947’ for Olx had one finalist.
There are three finalists from India in this category, all of them for World for All’s campaigns ‘Cat,’ ‘Dog,’ and ‘Rabbit’ by McCann Worldgroup India.

There were no finalists from India in Mobile Lotus and New Director Lotus categories.
