AIE

  • 1. Client Servicing:
    • Reading the IMM updates and downloading the clips on client before 9.30 am every morning. Sorting and verifying the clips to ensure the update can be sent to the client on time. Marking media hit rate as per coverage received for every press release/ media activity undertaken by the team
    • Ensuring timely documentation/reports/plans
    • Adherence to SOPs
    • Client relationship management


  • 2. Media Relation:
    • Database management
    • Media Relationship development - Developing Media Relation - Journalist / Editors
    • Turnaround on media for client
    • Media Intelligence - Tracking media movements
    • Media activities: follow up on press releases, follow up on press conference attendance, proactive pitching of stories to the media to ensure press releases are churned into larger stories, follow up on article placement, invites to press conferences and pitching for one on one interactions


  • 3. Research & Documentation:
    • Assisting in drafting press releases with appropriate research and client sector understanding, attempting to develop and work on all templates team head asks you to work on
    • Researching on clients and its competitors and developing industry reports to ensure the team is aware of the sector developments
