Meet the Management
With over 15 years of experience, Haresh Nayak is a well-known personality in the out-of-home advertising industry in Asia Pacific. Currently, he is the Regional Director of Posterscope Asia Pacific, and Managing Director of Posterscope Group India.
His passion for adventure and sports during his formative years has helped him stitch together a personality that thrives on winning, feeds on inclusiveness, and fosters teamwork. This has helped him professionally as well, allowing him to collaborate, and be a leader.
Fabian Cowan is President of Posterscope India, the out-of-home specialist agency of the Dentsu Aegis Network. Leading a team of close to 50 people, Fabian drives the out-of-home mandate for the agency. Over the 20+ years of his media experience, Fabian has been associated with the print media, radio, television, and has worked with brands like Samsung, Microsoft, Apple, General Motors, Nissan, Toyota, Tourism Australia, Honda, Puma, Philips, Panasonic, Levi Strauss, Hitachi, Micromax, Parle Agro, Hindustan Unilever, and more.
Fabian has been part of Posterscope for close to 6 years, and thinks beyond just the billboard. He has been pivotal in coming up with ideas that have been industry firsts in many ways.
Deepak Kumar is Vice President of Ambient OOH, the ambient media specialist division of Posterscope Group India. Leading a team of 20 ambient media experts in the company, he has hands on experience in ideating, planning and executing result-driven campaigns for their clients. Previously, he has worked with the likes of Times Group (Bennett & Coleman Co. Ltd), HT Corp, Dainik Bhaskar, Mid-Day and Tata Press Yellow Pages and has a proven track record in his 20+ years of experience in advertising sales, print media, events and activations. He has been associated with the Posterscope Group for over 2 years now and has been driving profitability for his division as well as for its clients. His in-depth understanding of a client’s brief, the target audience, the continuously evolving media landscape and trending technology helps him come up with marketing solutions that can be accounted for. Deepak has played a vital role in putting together large amounts of data, insights and intelligence in launching India’s first ever ambient media planning tool – ‘Ambit Analyser’, which is now a part of the set of proprietary planning tools of Posterscope Group. With Posterscope in clear pursuit to bring digital out-of-home in the country, Deepak has been in the forefront to explore digital media possibilities in the ambient space.
Charanjeet is a postgraduate in Economics and an MBA in Marketing, and has been in the Media, Logistics and Office Automation Industry for the last 22 years. Charanjeet is presently working as Vice President of BrandScope and is heading the agency nationally. In his previous stint with Rapport WW (IPG) as Regional Head (North), Charanjeet’s media experience included launching of radio stations, selling airtime, heading programming, marketing, managing P&L, liaising with top government officials, launching outdoor business in the North for a very reputed business house, handling TV ad sales with one of India’s top GEC channels, and handling North India's largest clients. Charanjeet has worked across different regions in west, north and central India. He has also handled large teams across regions, and launched regional TV channels in UP, MP, Bihar and Jharkhand. Charanjeet has handled channel marketing and serial productions for these regions. Having deep understanding of the radio business with the experience of launching and managing multiple radio stations across regions, Charanjeet’s areas of expertise extend to key account management, new business development, resource training and media planning. Charanjeet is a sports enthusiast and loves running long distance races, trekking, cooking, gardening and driving.
