  • Providing support in configuration, Technical troubleshooting, remote system support on operating systems from Win XP to Win 8.1, Mac OS & other software and peripherals.
  • Good expertise over Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Firefox Thunderbird, for configuration, backup, troubleshooting.
  • Understanding of ITIL processes, Experience in providing technical support & services for Remote Access VPN users

Skill Set

  • Excellent communication and diagnostic skills to consistently solve complex problems with professionalism.
  • B. Tech, BCA or equivalent. Expertise over application software /Hardware / Server knowledge.
