Pepperfry

Pepperfry is India’s leading furniture and home décor e-commerce marketplace, with a whopping million customers transacting through this site.

iProspect assumed that during Pepperfry's TVC slot, their brand searches would increase, and thus used the organisation's proprietary tool iSync to sync online and offline communication. With this tool, iProspect could dynamically bid up on competitor brand keywords, during their TVC slot. This ensured that users saw Pepperfry ads if they were searching for Fab Furnish. Similarly, iProspect bid up on Pepperfry's brand keywords during the TVC slots, amplifying the reach of ads online. Highlighting compelling offers in ad copies, in sync with the messaging on TV, increased relevancy from the customers’ point of view and thereby increased clicks on the ad. Furthermore, increased bidding on Pepperfry related keywords during TVC slots ensured that impressions were not hijacked.
