According to the agency, the maximum conversation was registered with the hashtag #ElectionNight. It received over 624 mentions in a minute with an average of 3,934,648 mentions garnered in a day and has trended for over eight hours. During the final hour (11 am – 12 pm IST), #ElectionNight got almost one million mentions. The reach of the hashtag was 896,782,987 and got 1,083,774,810 impressions.
The other hashtag, that was floating around was #USElection2016. #USElection2016 over the course of last two days (November 8, 9, 2016) generated around 256 mentions a minute with an average of 197,825 mentions coming in per day. In the final hour, the number of mentions of this hashtag went up to 53479. #USElection2016 had a reach of 39,104,614 and created 55,915,179 impressions.
