Brings in Ayesha Ghosh and Ninad Umargekar as general manager and head of strategic planning, respectively
Taproot has bolstered its senior management team with two significant appointments. The agency has brought on board Ayesha Ghosh as its general manager and Ninad Umargekar as its head of strategic planning. In her previous assignment, Ghosh was the head of Contract's Mumbai office where she spent the last 14 years. Umargekar was previously with Famous before moving to Taproot.

Umargekar has previously had a six-year stint with Lowe in Mumbai. He began as a channel planner at the agency, before moving to the brand planning side of the business.
